在 Debian 上启动 vsftpd（Very Secure FTP Daemon）一般步骤如下：
sudo apt update
sudo apt install vsftpd
使用 systemd（Debian 8 及以后版本默认）：
sudo systemctl start vsftpd
sudo systemctl enable vsftpd
sudo systemctl status vsftpd
看到 active (running) 就说明启动成功了。
配置文件一般在：
/etc/vsftpd.conf
修改后需要重启：
sudo systemctl restart vsftpd
