Debian防火墙服务配置文件因使用的防火墙工具不同而有所差异，具体如下：

iptables：规则文件为/etc/iptables/rules.v4（IPv4规则）和/etc/iptables/rules.v6（IPv6规则）。
ufw：主配置文件在/etc/ufw/目录下，主要有ufw.conf，默认设置文件为/etc/default/ufw。
firewalld：配置文件位于/etc/firewalld/目录下，区域配置文件在/etc/firewalld/zones/中，服务配置文件在/etc/firewalld/services/中。
