在Ubuntu上启用Compton有以下两种方法：

通过命令行启用：
1. 安装Compton：打开终端，运行sudo apt update和sudo apt install compton。
2. 启动Compton：运行compton --config ~/.compton.conf，若无自定义配置文件，可直接运行compton。
通过图形界面启用（可选）：
1. 按上述方法安装Compton。
2. 右键桌面创建启动器，填写名称、命令（compton --config ~/.compton.conf）和图标。
3. 打开“启动应用程序首选项”，添加该启动器。
