验证:
kubectl get nodes
在 master 初始化输出中会有类似:
kubeadm join 192.168.x.x:6443 --token xxx --discovery-token-ca-cert-hash sha256:xxx
在 worker 节点执行即可。

kubectl run nginx --image=nginx
kubectl get pods -o wide
