debian ftpserver如何限流

适合 整体 FTP 流量限制（不区分用户）。

示例：限制 FTP 端口 21 入向 1Mbps

sudo tc qdisc add dev eth0 root tbf rate 1mbit burst 32kbit latency 400ms

或使用 wondershaper：

sudo apt install wondershaper
sudo wondershaper eth0 1024 1024
