做测试的时候，发现创建云主机失败，点开概况看到 
报错信息上要求检查neutron的日志，查看server.log，看到以下信息：

发现三个linuxbridgeagent都是xxx表示down了

+---------------------+--------------------------------------+可能之前重启neutron相关服务的时候导致linuxbridgeagent服务down了，所以出现以上报错 重启下服务应该就没问题了
# systemctl restart neutron-linuxbridge-agent.service
再重新创建云主机，发现创建成功。
